For the past few months I have been interning for a non-profit called My Broken Palace! Its a Christian based ministry to help reach out to teens and young adults who are struggling with loneliness, depression, suicide, self injury, abuse and anxiety! I have been so overwhelmed by all that is going on with this movement and have found so much joy with being a part of the movement myself. Recently I posted a note on our facebook page, and thought I would share it on here! Hope you find it encouraging as well!
